Not an Apathist

The headline says medical but the video does not mention medical and I am starting to think it is not (at least legally). However, this is exactly the kind of case that would be directly dealt with, by law, if California's Prop 19 passes. Many say that making it so that people trying to obtain something less harmful than alcohol, tobac...co, sugar, and caffeine should not necessitate that a person goes to the black market where can also be found far worse things. THAT'S the gateway!!
